Bill Data in Access
We keep all of the data on bills selected in a table labeled “All Bills” and we input the data in a form labeled “All Key Votes”. As you can see from the picture below, we input the following items of information:- Bill Number
- Chamber
- Stage
- Interns and staff who entered votes and wrote/edited summaries
- Status of the bill (if the bill is active or dead)
- When we lasted checked for updates on the bill
