The following list is required for creating, changing or purging of employees.

===New Employee===
~- Employee full name
~- Employee location
~~- IT will create username for email and domain logon based on availability
~~- IT will create a temporary password for all accounts
~- Email lists that employee requires access to
~~- IT will add user to lists required
~- File permissions for Montana Employees
~~- All users have 'Public' permissions
~~- IT will add users to groups they require
~- Montana users that require logon to Windows
~~- IT will setup user rights to logon to Windows

===Employee Modification===
~- Employee full name - Name change
~- Employee location - Change of location
~~- IT will change username for email and domain logon based on availability
~~- IT will create a temporary password for all accounts
~- Email lists that employee requires access to
~~- IT will modify email lists for user
~- File permissions change for Montana Employees
~~- All users have 'Public' permissions
~~- IT will modify groups that user requires
~- Montana users that require logon to Windows
~~- IT will setup user rights to logon to Windows

===Departing Employee===
~- Employee full name
~- Employee location
~- Indication if departing employee's account can be marked for removal or if manager requires access
~~- IT will mark account to be removed after 90 days or create temporary password for manager to take control of account
